II. International Tenere Meeting, Makó
22-26 july 2009.

Part one - wednesday-thursday-friday

a) III. Transilvaniatrip - Offroad
We meet at the Tesco petrol station, Makó on the 22nd of july at 05:40. Start at 06:00
Make sure you bring your passport green card (international insurance) cash,tent, sleeping bag and raingear. You can exchange local currency after we crossed the border. This way trip we start our program with a 3 day mainly offroad trip in Romania.
I don't want to let you know the detailed route but I can assure you I'm going to show you some stunning scenery.
These 3 days is going to be nomad, which means riding from dawn to dusk in the mountains. Overnight we stay outdoors one night we spend in the forest the other one in the near the peak Bihar.
Meals twice a day (morning and evening) or you can throw down your neck a practically packed and prepared (by yourself previously) sandwich when we stop for a short break.
Accomodation in tent or whatever you want (no tent just a sleeping bag on the ground, perhaps on your bike or underneath...)

b) III. Transylvania Trip - Onroad
In case of demand there is going to be another ride- at the same time as the offroad one. This is not nesseceraly leads you on the crappiest roads in the area but its a sightseeing drivearound ride on tarmac.

For the first part of our program you can register any time just enail us your name, type of bike, and which trip you fancy. stefan@tenere.hu

We arrive back to Makó on friday to our well known location where we can give ourselves the good old beer-beefgoulash treatment.

Part two, saturday-sunday:

The saturday is yours but you can join to short beers.

Sunday we gear up and leave for home.

As you can see the main point is the the 3 days Transylvania Trip III. so the weekend more for relax and get to know people.
However I have another idea in store for saturday, this I keep in secret of course because maybe the itinerary will be too busy :)
